If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA Number), with your Order Number. Please let us know the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.
2. When returning goods, please enclose:
- Your receipt
- Your goods for return, including packaging and tags
- You MUST have all attached original tags with protective hygiene strip on the swimwear in order to complete your refund or exchange.
3. To organize a return:
- Enclose the garment (and its original packaging) inside secure packaging;
- Contact a courier service such as Fedex or UPS, and give it to a driver, place it in a drop box or drop it at a facility.

- In Canada visit www.ups.com or www.fedex.com
We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. However, items we exchange will be resent to you at our own cost.
It is advised you try on your swimwear right away in order to ensure fit so that you can return or exchange within the time period.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items received after this period will not be accepted. All items must be in original condition and must not show any signs of having been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.
We can only exchange items for a different size, not for different styles. Due to the nature of our process, a new suit will need to be printed, cut and sewn for your size exchange – please account for this turnaround time. If you wish to exchange for a different style, you can return your purchase for a refund and place another order.
Once a return has been received it will be assessed for wear and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund (excluding original shipping cost), directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your return.
Customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered in anyway.
